How many spaces, what grade level, and please name them according to how the space is used. Beside each space name also list the amount of students to accomodate per room. (Example: Room #1-1st-3rd grade Art-26 students. Room #2-Middle School Age Lifeskills-28 students)

Dimension of each space or upload drawings (preferred) in next field

Budget per space. This is very important if you are giving us creative freedom. Otherwise, list the products you want in each space utilizing our price list. Include quantity, height, size, color choices, fabric grade (if applicable) and any options per product. If you have this in a document or spreadsheet, you may upload those notes in the next field.

Deadline for delivery. Please note that renderings are first come, first serve. We put them in queue and make every effort to get them back to you as quickly as possible. We will contact you to give you an estimate of delivery.
